Negative people are negative because they lack love, positivity and warmth in their life. A lot of times, their negative behavior is merely self-preservation at work. One of the best ways you can help a negative individual is to usher posi! tivity into his/her life. Think about what's bothering the person at the moment by putting yourself in his/her shoes and think about how you can help him/her in your own way. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate, and you won't need to go out of your way to help if you don't want to.
